ACC system is a unified clearing center of all AFC system of Beijing Rail Transit. The system combines the two kinds of tickets of Beijing card pass and ACC ticket pass. At present, seven passes (5 for ticket passes and 2 for card passes) are available and the integration of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and Internet phone purchase business will be achieved by the end of 2017.

Since the implementation of phase I ACC project in 2008, ACC system has been running smoothly for 10 years and accessing more than 19 lines and more than 300 stations. The ticket clearing of two operating companies reaches over 10 million people at peak hours. During the Beijing Olympic Games, the 60th anniversary of the National Day, 93 military parade and other major historical moments, Beijing ACC system withstood the test and successfully completed the system security tasks in special periods.

ACC system, as the top level clearing system, has to integrate with equipment from different operating lines, operating companies and different manufacturers. To achieve accurate and timely transmission, processing and summary of various transaction data there must be a standard specification to follow and this ensures that all levels of business data match each other, achieving a unified and efficient handling mechanism. At the same time, accurate clearing model can provide data support for traffic information center. The Beijing ACC phase I/II project makes the Beijing rail transit clearing system the industry benchmark and a classic model for rail transit systems.
