ACC/TCC host network and building network operation and maintenance

BII-ERG under BII Technology Holdings has been responsible for Beijing rail transit ACC/TCC host network and building network system operation and maintenance since 2009. The operation and maintenance range includes ACC system, TCC system, building office system, emergency incident room, large screen system, the host, network and third party software operation and maintenance of conference system.

The operation and maintenance project involves about 100 servers (about 40 small machines and 60 PC servers), more than 120 network devices (about 30 core equipment and 90 access devices), about 30 storage devices and 20 security equipment.

The third-party software involved in the operation and maintenance project includes the operating system (Solaris / Windows / Linux), the database software (Oracle RAC / SqlServer / Mysql), the report software (crystal report, FineReport report), backup software (NBU), transfer middleware (IBM MQ), clustered software (Sun Cluster, Keepalived, Corosync), virtualization software (VMWare), antivirus software (Rising), FTP software, monitoring software (cacti / nagios / zabbix) and so on.

ACC/TCC host network and building network system operation and maintenance team consists of the first-line operation and maintenance monitoring, second-line operation and maintenance support. The first-line operation and maintenance is responsible for system monitoring of 7*24 hours and the second-line operation and maintenance is responsible for change implementation, fault handling, performance optimization, technical support and so on. Second-line operation and maintenance personnel possess certificates of major manufacturers, such as CCNP / CCIE / RHCE / OCP / SCSA and so on.

ACC/TCC host network and building network system operation and maintenance submit an average of about 2000 operation and maintenance reports annually, handle nearly 300 alarms and faults, carry out 6 emergency drills, participate in important business guarantee hours for 8-12 times, upgrade major system for 2-4 times and carry out operation and maintenance training for 8-10 times.
