At 6:00 am on April 25, the transformation project of AFC system of Beijing subway rail transit Line S2 (hereinafter referred to as “Rail Transit Line S2”) implemented by BII Transportation Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BII-TTBJ”),?

a wholly-owned subsidiary of BIITT, was put into trial operation. With the approaching of 2019 International Horticultural Exposition in Yanqing District, the transformation of AFC system on urban rail line S2 will provide important traffic guarantee for tourists travelling to and from downtown and the Expo.

The project of AFC system transformation on the rail transit line S2 is under very tight deadline. BII-TTBJ undertakes the important tasks of equipment supply, system development, debugging and testing in this project. In order to ensure the smooth implementation and completion on schedule, leaders of BIITT have attached great importance to the implementation of the project in terms of labor power, materials and financial supports. The leaders such as Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman Zhang Yanyou of BIITT have visited the field for many times to investigate and supervise the project implementation, so as to motivate the morale, indicate the direction and make demands for front-line personnel. The members of the project team have fully carried forward the service concept of “users-oriented”, and overcome the difficulties of the remote location and hard conditions for working of the project in suburb. In less than 60 days, they have successfully completed the tasks of software development, field implementation as well as system upgrading and launching, fulfilled their promise to the owners, and further consolidated the company’s leading position in AFC system. In order to meet passenger’s demand for convenient commuting, City Card and Scanning QR code payment were added to the system, which has greatly facilitated passengers’ travel, and has important significance for easing the upcoming passenger flow of the International Horticultural Exposition.
