July 20, 2017 at 9:16, Comprehensive Operation Coordination Center (COCC) in Cuijiadian Vehicle Depot of Chengdu Metro began its on-line pilot operation, marking that Chengdu Metro COCC project undertaken by BII-TTBJ was completed ahead of schedule and met the owner’s requirements with regard to task indicators.

Chengdu Metro COCC system includes several functional modules as follows: network daily operation scheduling management, network operation production analysis and management, network emergency command and management, network operation information delivery and release subsystem, network administrator subsystem, network access control authorization management subsystem, network communication subsystem and etc. The dispatching personnel through this system can monitor in a real-time manner Chengdu Metro network train running status, passenger information, equipment system operation status and other operating conditions, in order to achieve integrated control and management on all lines of Chengdu Metro and ensure their run safety.

Since the implementation of this project, our supervisors have attached great importance to it by providing the guarantee in human resources, material and finance and other aspects and visiting the project site several times and giving relevant instructions. After 400 days of hard work with all the staffs of this project, each system of COCC was normal in debugging with technical indicators meeting design requirements, thereby being available for the on-line pilot run.
